remove the Utils collection in favour of utility and target object co-location and natural scene hierarchy
add Blender 4.5+ Vulkan support for shaders (points, lines, etc)
add capture utils operator to display and exclusively select all utils or the selected objects’ utils
add Mark As Util operator to utils menu
add a Data category to the main menu and N-panel to house data-related operators (e.g., clear vertex groups)

Bug Fixes
ensure GN mod use_attribute properties are casted to bools before setting during sync-modifiers operations
ensure that CTRL-clicking the lattice operator removes any object associated lattice meshes, not just the modifier(s)
ensure that performing a boolean operation with an existing cutter doesn’t detach that cutter from its current parent
ensure that the Hydrate operator only cycles through collections in the active scene
ensure that vertex weights are set as expected on new or recalled vertex bevel operations
ensure the apply modifiers operator only removes vertex groups created by other ND operators
ensure the lattice operator’s uniform setting is restored when recalling an object lattice
ensure the triangulate operator’s Keep Normals behaviour is consistent across all supported Blender versions
fix the mirror get_preferences error when in alt mode
remove bgl import from points draw handler
