Easy to use/install 3 steps: (see attached image reference for more information)

Import the alpha into the BrushAlpha channel box
In the Alpha Tab open up the Modify tab and scroll down to the Surface button. Turn this on.
In the Z intensity adjust the strength of the brush to your liking .
Great for use on Concept work that has a short deadline to help speed your workflow and give you great results.
