FLARED IS A REAL-TIME LENS FLARE GENERATOR. It works directly in the viewport of Blender both in Cycles and Eevee, in realtime. It’s really easy to use.

– Resolved a compatibility issue caused by recent API changes in Blender 5.2 that was preventing Flared2 from functioning correctly. The addon is now fully operational.
Compatibility Note:
– Please note that v117 is not backward compatible with versions of Blender prior to 5.2. If you are using an older version of Blender, we highly recommend staying on a previous Flared release, such as v116.

– Identified and fixed a bug that could cause crashes during rendering, especially on macOS.

– Added a parameter to disable Depth of Field on the Eevee layer when using “Render Flares on Separate Layer”, preventing the flare from being altered by DOF.
– Added a control to enable “Lock Interface” during rendering, reducing the risk of crashes when using “Render Flares on Separate Layer”.
