resolved an issue that caused tears to be amplified when feathers were scaled. 

reintroduced build of 3delight DSO (note this is just the DSO and not 3delight for Maya integration).
resolved crash when drawing mesh objects in Maya Viewport 2.0.
rolled back to using temp cache files for previews for stability reasons.
