What’s New in Pro Particles 5.2?
Version 5.2 adds two major creative workflows to Pro Particles: a complete smoke-and-fire toolset and a native high-performance viewport preview.

Smoke and Fire, Built In
Create smoke, fire, fuel, and combustion directly inside Pro Particles. Sparse Pyro expands with the effect for open or moving simulations, while Dense Pyro provides a fixed domain for controlled shots. Particles can emit smoke and fire, and Pyro motion can carry particles through the scene.

Native GPU Preview
View large particle simulations and Pyro volumes directly in Blender’s viewport while you work. The dedicated GPU display path makes it easier to judge motion, timing, color, scale, smoke, and fire before caching or rendering the final result.
